Game Introduction
Hextris takes the basic idea of a block-matching puzzle game and turns it into something quicker and more chaotic. Instead of dropping pieces into a rectangular board, you rotate a central hexagon while colored bars approach from six sides.
Your goal is to connect blocks of the same color and clear them before the pile grows out of control. The pace speeds up as you score, so the game starts as a pattern exercise and slowly turns into a reflex test.
It is simple to understand, but staying calm once the screen fills up is the hard part. That mix of planning and quick reactions is what makes Hextris easy to replay.
Gameplay Guide
- Left / Right Arrow Keys: Rotate the central hexagon.
- Tap or Click: On touch devices, tap the left or right side of the screen to rotate.
- Combos: Clear multiple matches in a row to earn a score multiplier.
