Awesome Tanks2

Awesome Tanks2 is a top-down shooter that keeps things direct: enter the level, destroy enemy tanks, avoid getting boxed in, and blow up their bases before they do the same to you. The maps are packed with walls and narrow paths, so positioning matters almost as much as firepower. Charging in can work for a while, but later stages punish sloppy movement pretty hard.

Coins dropped by defeated enemies let you improve your tank between missions. You can focus on weapons, armor, speed, or a mix of all three depending on how you like to play. The destructible terrain helps keep battles messy in a good way, especially once the screen fills with explosions and incoming shots.
