Game Introduction
Bloxorz is a puzzle game built around movement, position, and orientation. You control a rectangular block and roll it across floating platforms, trying to land it upright in the square hole at the end of each stage.
The idea sounds simple until the level design starts getting mean. Narrow paths, switches, bridges, and split-block mechanics force you to think a few moves ahead instead of just reacting one step at a time.
What makes Bloxorz memorable is how much depth it gets from a very small set of rules. Every level asks the same basic question in a slightly nastier way: how do you get the block there without falling off first?
Gameplay Guide
- Arrow Keys: Roll the block up, down, left, or right.
- Spacebar: Switch control between two cubes after the block is split.
- Tip: The block can lie flat across two tiles or stand upright on one tile, so orientation matters.
